Refund/Return Policy

We have a simple refund/return policy. You must be eligible for it.


You can return an item within 7 days after delivery. Unfortunately, if a week has gone by since you bought a product, we cannot offer you a return, refund or exchange.

You will be eligible for a full return only if the item purchased is unused and in the same condition and original packaging when received.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt) to claim for a return.


You may be granted a partial refund in certain situations. Any item if it is damaged, or defective, or not in the original condition with original packaging not because of our error, will not be considered for refunding.

After inspection, if your returned item falls in the return policy, we will process a refund and you will be notified about the refund approval/rejection. A credit will be automatically applied (to the original method of payment) within a certain number of days.

You will receive a refund (if applicable) only on regular priced items and not on the sales items. sale/discount items cannot be refunded.

For missing or late refunds, you must check your bank account and after that contact your credit card company. Remember, a refund may take some processing time before it is officially stated.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only exchange/replace the products if they get damaged or defective during delivery. We may exchange it for the same product (conditions apply). For more details, contact us via email .

The time your exchanged product will take to reach you will depend on where you live.


You should contact us via email to return an item. Don’t send it to the manufacturer’s address.

You are liable to pay the shipping costs while returning a product.

Our product delivery costs are non-refundable. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount if you are eligible for it and if we receive your returned item.
