After you submit an order, our team will process it within 2–3 business days. Please keep in mind that we do not process orders or proceed with shipments on weekends or holidays.

Due to a high volume of orders, there may be a little delay in shipment in some situations. However, don't worry; it will only be a few days. If there is a delay due to any unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email or phone as soon as possible.

Shipment Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmatory email about your order placement and shipment with all of the required details as soon as your online order is dispatched from our end and on its way. As a result, you can trace your package and check for its possible arrival at your doorstep.

Customs and Taxes:

Please keep in mind that we are not liable for any customs, tariffs, or taxes that may be charged to your order during shipment. These extra charges, if any, after an order is dispatched from our warehouse are your responsibility. Tariffs, taxes, and other charges levied on your order during or after shipping are included.

Damaged Shipments:

While we take the best possible care in packing and dispatching your order, sometimes accidents happen during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please do not worry. Kindly contact the shipping carrier company immediately to file a claim. They will assist you in the process, and your claim will be handled promptly.

For any claims regarding damaged items, it's essential to save all the packaging materials and the receipt (as proof of purchase). This will help the shipping carrier process your claim smoothly and efficiently.

Currently, we only offer shipping services within Pakistan. However, we are working to expand our reach and target the global consumer base for organic Moringa leaves. So, stay tuned for more information.
